MARKETING MIX

It's called marketing mix (also called the Marketing Mix, Mixed Commercial, Business Mix, etc.) Tools or variables that have the responsibility of marketing to meet company objectives. Are the marketing strategies or marketing effort and should be included in the Marketing Plan (business plan).

The original mix elements are:
Product or service: marketing a product is anything (tangible or intangible) that is offered to a market for its acquisition, use or consumption and that can satisfy a need or desire. Product can be called material objects or goods, services, people, places, organizations or ideas. Decisions on this point include the formulation and presentation of a specific brand development, and characteristics of the packaging, labeling and packaging, among others. We can say that the product has a life cycle (duration of this time and its evolution) that changes the response of consumers and competition and is drawn as a curve on the graph.

Price: It is mainly the exchange monetary amount associated with the transaction (although it is paid in time or effort). However includes payment (cash, check, card, etc..) Credit (direct, with paper, term, etc..) Prompt payment discounts, volume, surcharges, etc. This in turn is the one raised by a pre-market research, which will define the rate assigned to enter the market. It is noteworthy that the price is the only element of the marketing mix that provides income, as the other components shall not produce costs. On the other hand, know that the price is closely related to the sense of product quality (as well as exclusive).

Place or Distribution: In this case is defined as where to market the product or service that is offered (an essential element for the product is accessible to the consumer). Consider the effective management of distribution channel, having achieved that the product reaches the right place at the right time and under appropriate conditions. Initially, it depended on the manufacturer and is now up for herself.

Promotion: You communicate, inform and persuade the customer and other stakeholders about the company, its products and offers, for the achievement of organizational objectives (what the company = active communication, how the company is perceived communication = passive). The promotional mix consists of Sales promotion, sale or Sale Force personnel, Advertising and Public Relations, and Interactive Communication (direct marketing mailing, emailing, catalogs, websites, telemarketing, etc.)..

Brainstorming

Brainstorming, also called brainstorming is a group work tool that facilitates the emergence of new ideas on an issue or problem. Brainstorming is a group technique for generating original ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.

This tool was devised in 1938 by Alex Osborn Faickney when their search for creative ideas resulted in an interactive process unstructured group generating more and better ideas that could produce individuals working independently, giving opportunity to suggestions on a particular subject and building the creative capacity of the participants.

The main rule of the method is to postpone the trial because at first the whole idea is valid and none should be rejected. Usually, in a meeting to solve problems, many usable ideas may die prematurely at an observation "judicious" about his worthlessness or unreasonable character. This will prevent the ideas generated, by analogy, more ideas, and also inhibits the creativity of the participants. In a brainstorming tactically the amount sought unpretentious quality and originality are valued. Anyone in the group can offer any ideas of any kind, which creates suitable for the case analyzed. A further analysis strategically exploits qualitative validity of what is produced with this technique.

HOLAAAA!!

Hello My name is Rodna head. I am 25 year old. I am born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. I have a degree in Business Administration and Public Accounting.

Green Marketing

The term Green Marketing came into prominence in the late 1980s and early 1990s.The American Marketing Association (AMA) held the first workshop on "Ecological Marketing" in 1975. The proceedings of this workshop resulted in one of the first books on green marketing entitled "Ecological Marketing".

The first wave of Green Marketing occurred in the 1980s. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Reports started with the ice cream seller Ben & Jerry's where the financial report was supplemented by a greater view on the company's environmental impact. In 1987 a document prepared by the World Commission on Environment and Development defined sustainable development as meeting “the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own need”, this became known as the Brundtland Report and was another step towards widespread thinking on sustainability in everyday activity. Two tangible milestones for wave 1 of green marketing came in the form of published books, both of which were called Green Marketing. They were by Ken Peattie (1992) in the United Kingdom and by Jacquelyn Ottman (1993) in the United States of America.

According to Jacquelyn Ottman, (author of Green Marketing: Opportunity for Innovation) from an organizational standpoint, environmental considerations should be integrated into all aspects of marketing — new product development and communications and all points in between. The holistic nature of green also suggests that besides suppliers and retailers new stakeholders be enlisted, including educators, members of the community, regulators, and NGOs. Environmental issues should be balanced with primary customer needs.

Business Administration

Business administration school is a university-level institution that educates learners on such topics as accounting, finance, marketing, organizational behavior, strategy planning, and quantitative methods. Most business administration schools have experienced well-qualified faculties, and efficient managements. In 1881, the first 'collegiate business school' was founded in Wharton.

Business Schools before World War II were mostly "schools of commerce" and were conducted in relatively low esteem. After the Second World War and especially after 1960, Business Administration Schools began to grow rapidly. They are often known as university graduate schools. MBA degrees originally occurred in the United States of America, due to the fast industrialization growth that made it essential for companies to use scientific approaches to teach management. The first MBA degree was offered by Dartmouth College in 1900. Business schools have mushroomed and flourished in all states and countries thus, making them feasible for individuals who work during the day to take classes and earn degrees at night.

Since 1988, business schools have changed deans, altered curriculums, and stressed new expertise among their students. A MBA degree has opened abundant opportunities for its bearers. Presently, nearly all business positions require an MBA degree as the minimum qualification. This includes business managers in marketing, finance, human resources, operations, and information technology. Investment entities, banking companies and a number of management consulting firms prefer employing MBA graduates specializing in the field of finance. These graduates are well conversant in their respective fields. For industries such as media and entertainment, an MBA is not a necessity, but it is considered an additional asset.

There are wide ranges of options among the different academic institutions that offer business courses. Various sites are available wherein detailed information about all the specialization fields are mentioned along with their course details. These sites also offer information regarding the universities that are well qualified and offer competent MBA programs.

Project Planning

Project planning is part of project management, which relates to the use of schedules such as Gantt charts to plan and subsequently report progress within the project environment.

Initially, the project scope is defined and the appropriate methods for completing the project are determined. Following this step, the durations for the various tasks necessary to complete the work are listed and grouped into a work breakdown structure. The logical dependencies between tasks are defined using an activity network diagram that enables identification of the critical path. Float or slack time in the schedule can be calculated using project management software. Then the necessary resources can be estimated and costs for each activity can be allocated to each resource, giving the total project cost. At this stage, the project plan may be optimized to achieve the appropriate balance between resource usage and project duration to comply with the project objectives. Once established and agreed, the plan becomes what is known as the baseline. Progress will be measured against the baseline throughout the life of the project. Analyzing progress compared to the baseline is known as earned value management.

Neuro-linguistic Programming

Neuro-linguistic programming (usually shortened to NLP) is an interpersonal communication model and an alternative approach to psychotherapy that was co-created by Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder in the 1970s. It was based on the subjective study of language, communication and personal change, in particular, mainly through modeling three successful psychotherapists, Fritz Perls (gestalt therapy), Virginia Satir (family systems therapy), and eventually Milton H. Erickson (clinical hypnosis). Bandler and Grinder aimed to discover and model the successful patterns of behavior and communication distinguishing these exceptional individuals from their peers. Some consider NLP to still be a set of techniques or strategies for enhancing communication and personal influence rather than a model or theory.

Epistemology

Epistemology (from Greek επιστήμη - episteme, "knowledge" + λόγος, "logos") or theory of knowledge is a branch of philosophy concerned with the nature and scope of knowledge.[1] The term was introduced into English by the Scottish philosopher James Frederick Ferrier (1808-1864).[

Much of the debate in this field has focused on analyzing the nature of knowledge and how it relates to similar notions such as truth, belief, and justification. It also deals with the means of production of knowledge, as well as skepticism about different knowledge claims. In other words, epistemology primarily addresses the following questions: "What is knowledge?", "How is knowledge acquired?", and "What do people know?”
